Here is the announcement to participate in the second edition of iliadship

From today, applications are open for the second class of iliadship, the project with which iliad offers 10 scholarships of 15 thousand euros each, a training and tutorship path to young students under 24 who intend to continue their master’s studies in STEM subjects , Social Sciences and Arts & Literature. You have until June 30, 2024.

Starting today until June 30, 2024 the call to participate is online second edition of iliadship, the project with which iliad invests in the world of university education to support young people’s skills and assist them in entering the world of work.

The project is aimed at young people students under 24 who are enrolled or intend to enroll in Master’s Degree courses in STEM, Social Sciences and Arts & Literature subjects.

Each of the 10 students selected will start a two-year process which includes:

A scholarship worth 15,000 euros; A tutor chosen from among the company’s employees; A mentor among the members of theAdvisory Board;
A training course with thematic workshops; An extra-curricular internship to be activated in iliad or in a partner company.

The first edition of the iliadship call, launched in June of 2023had a national resonance with hundreds of applications for participation coming from all over Italy. The first class of selected students, 50% women and 50% men, are successfully continuing their training and mentoring path. The winners of the first edition are specializing in various fields, including Engineering, Computer Science and AI, but also Philosophy, Law and Economics. “The scholarship represents an opportunity to look closely at the world of work” and a way to “mutually enrich each other”, commented the young winners of the first edition. Also thanks to the continuous discussion with the iliad managers who accompany them throughout the entire journey, the kids are finding “a dynamic and stimulating environment, where the success of the business model is fueled by a deep attention paid to people and society”.

The project in detail

With iliadship, iliad confirms its concrete commitment to education and training, with the desire to build a more just, equitable and sustainable future. The skills of the young generations are central to the growth of the country and the company wants to be an active part in their qualification.

In fact, the project is not limited to providing scholarships for the acquisition of new skills, but for each student it associates an individual coaching program with a tutor chosen from among iliad employees and a mentor who is a member of the Advisory Board, as well as the possibility of activating an extra-curricular internship to enter the world of work.

With the aim of creating a real community, iliadship will also contribute to creating a network of students who will become part of the iliad ecosystem, coming together every year to share their experiences and knowledge.
