Holambra celebrates Labor Day with free fishing and live shows
Holambra City Hall prepared a special program to honor the city’s workers. There will be three days of celebrations that will feature Free Fishing and live shows. All the activities are free.
To begin with, on Labor Day, May 1st, fishing will be allowed once again in Nossa Prainha, from 7am to 6pm. The activity is aimed exclusively at residents of the municipality. On the 3rd and 4th of May, musical performances will take over Rua da Amizade (Rua Coberta). The event will start at 7pm and there will be a local food court.
On Friday, the night will be dedicated to Gospel music and will feature performances by Talita Martins and Gabriel Guedes. The singer has more than 2 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and became known with songs such as “Minhas Guerras”, “Noiva”, “Ele vem”, “Santo” and “Vitorioso”.
On Saturday, to open the party, Edu Ramos, champion of several country festivals, brings “Boteco do Bruto” to the stage on Rua Coberta, with great country music classics. Next up will be Yasmin Santos, who has already scored a song on the soundtrack of the soap opera “Pantanal”, shown on Rede Globo de Televisão, and shared the stage with great artists such as Marília Mendonça – a great reference for the singer -, Henrique & Juliano and Leonardo .
According to the municipal director of Tourism and Culture, Alessandra Caratti, the sale and circulation of glass bottles will not be allowed during the festival.
“We prepared with great care a family party to honor the workers from Holambre who, with great dedication, guarantee, on a daily basis, the development and quality of life in our city”, said Mayor Fernando Capato.
