Tarsum (41) had the heart to kill and mutilate his wife, Yanti (40), at his home in Ciamis, West Java. After mutilating the victim, Tarsum offered his wife’s body around the village.
Reported detikJabar, Saturday (4/5/2024), this murder occurred on Friday (3/5) at 07.30 WIB. Tarsum mutilated his wife’s body into several pieces.

“Technically it cannot be explained which parts were mutilated. We evacuated the body to the hospital for an autopsy. The perpetrator is thought to be the victim’s husband,” explained Ciamis Police Chief AKBP Akmal.
This mutilation incident shocked local residents. Apart from mutilating his wife’s body, Tarsum carried the victim’s flesh using a basin and offered it to residents to sell.
The head of the local RT, Yoyo Tarya, received news that there had been a murder incident when he was leaving for work. Yoyo even admitted that he was offered meat in a basin by the Tarsum perpetrator, which turned out to be part of his wife’s body.
“At first I didn’t know there was a murder. The perpetrator was carrying a bowl filled with meat while saying to weigh Yanti’s meat, to weigh Yanti’s meat (buy Yanti’s meat). “So the meat was carried around,” said Yoyo when met at the scene.
