Last year, DAZN massively increased its prices and doubled the subscription costs. Initially, the price increases only applied to new customers. However, existing customers are now also affected. Users currently pay 44.99 euros for the DAZN Unlimited subscription, which can be canceled monthly.
DAZN costs: How expensive is a DAZN subscription?
Last year, DAZN’s price increases brought the Federal Association of Consumer Organizations (VZBV) into action, which considers the changes to be unlawful for existing customers. The reason is the price increase clause in the DAZN contracts, which is non-transparent and therefore ineffective.
The VZBV was therefore looking for those affected in order to start a class action lawsuit. It is currently still being examined. The success of the initiative is still pending. Meanwhile, DAZN increased its prices again in early January 2024. This is also the case with the new one Subscription Guide of the company.
In it, the sports streaming service presents its current tariff model. New customers can therefore choose from six different packages. These are based on three different subscription models that can be canceled monthly. It is also possible to take out the three tariffs as an annual subscription.

How much does DAZN cost?
In order to keep track of the scope of DAZN subscriptions, we have created a corresponding overview. Unlike the Sky streaming service WOW, for example, DAZN is aimed exclusively at sports fans. The DAZN Unlimited-Abo includes both the World and Standard packages as well as “the best live football from the Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League”. However, users can only stream the Friday and Sunday Bundesliga games as DAZN only holds part of the rights. All Saturday Bundesliga games are currently broadcast on the Sky streaming service WOW.

- DAZN Super Sports subscription: 19.99 euros per month for an annual subscription/ 24.99 euros for a monthly subscription.
- DAZN Unlimited-Abo: 29.99 euros per month for an annual subscription/ 44.99 euros for a monthly subscription.
- DAZN World-Ashes: 6.99 euros per month for an annual subscription/ 9.99 euros per month for a monthly subscription.
With all DAZN packages, new and existing customers can watch one stream each by default. However, it is loud FAQs allows watching two streams simultaneously within a household with the same IP address.
