A new season of “Lena Lorenz” has started on ZDF. An actress who might seem familiar to many people already plays in episode 1.
Dortmund – In episode 1 of the new season of “Lena Lorenz”, the midwife is dealing with a special case. Two babies were switched during fertilization in the fertility clinic. One of the affected mothers is played by a well-known actress.

This refers to Anja Antonowicz, she plays the role of Mareike Völler in episode 1 of season 10. The woman is pregnant and gives birth during the episode. Except that it’s not her own, but that of the Vollmer family. The fertility clinic simply mixed up the names. Lena Lorenz is involved in a difficult case.
But where have viewers seen Antonowicz before? The actress worked on the ARD series “Lindenstrasse” for more than nine years. There she played the role of Nastya Pashenko.
In the series, the young woman initially works as an au pair for the Beimer family and falls in love with Klaus. During the course of “Lindenstrasse” she also had her daughter Mila with him. But Antonowicz also plays an important role in another popular series. In the “Tatort” spin-off about the investigator Klaus Borowski, she has been playing the forensic doctor Burkhardt since 2015.
She was also seen in “Praxis mit Meerblick” from 2017 to 2019. She also had several episodic roles in successful series such as “Betty’s Diagnosis”, “Beyond the Spree” and “Großstadtrevier”.
