The non-governmental organization “World Central Kitchen” has delivered humanitarian aid to Gaza for 37 million meals, as stated by chef José Andrés, founder of the organization. The food was transported by sea by the Spanish ship Open Arms which left Cyprus and then managed to unload the aid without incident. It has not been made known how this aid will be distributed.
