Summer 2024 in Indaiatuba/SP will have a sea flavor and beach climate, thanks to the delights of the Sabores das Águas Festivalwhich will take place from January 12th to 14th and 19th to 21st at Parque Ecológico, next to Concha Acústica.
The event will feature 24 operations with 40 dish options available, 16 of which are inspired by seafood, rivers and very regional recipes from the coast to the interior of the country.
In addition to shrimp-based delicacies, present in bobós, empanados, coxinhas and paella, a highlight, for example, is Pacu Pizza, a dish served with various accompaniments in the delegations of the State of Mato Grosso, in the riverside region and prepared in the summer season. Caipira Tradition.
Varied pastas such as shrimp lasagna with rosé sauce and tilapia lasagna, fish line, fish and chips (version of the traditional British dish) and flattened fish also make up the Shrimp, Fish and Seafood Festival. At Alameda Praiana, a variety of shrimp pastries, corn delicacies, tapioca and acarajés, açaí and caipirinhas.
In addition to the delicacies of the sea, Elo Produções, organizer of the event, will bring burgers, kebabs and northeastern dishes, as well as artisanal sweets, ice cream and churros.
