Intercampus survey: PS leads voting intentions, Chega approaches AD

The Socialist Party (PS) is ahead of the Democratic Alliance (AD) in voting intentions for the legislative elections scheduled for March 10, according to Intercampus’ January barometer for “Jornal de Negócios” and “Correio da Manhã”.

The PS appears with 26.4% of voting intentions, followed by AD with 20.8% and Chega with 16.6%. Further away are the Bloco de Esquerda (7.4%), the Liberal Initiative (5.4%), the CDU (3.9%), the PAN (2.2%) and Livre (1.3%) .

The results of the poll indicate that the right would have the majority of votes (42.8%), but with the need to count on Chega. The left has a very close figure, 41.2%.

The data also shows that 14.5% of voters are undecided, but almost everyone (95%) guarantees to vote. The sample consisted of 637 interviews, carried out between January 16th and 20th.
