Trip to Spain for the Under 10s of Oneglia football team who fly for 4 days to Spain, to Calella.

The youth sector of Oneglia Calcio, under the leadership of Umberto Decesari, is experiencing a phase of great growth. The objective is not only to form competitive teams in all categories, but also to promote social inclusion, through initiatives such as the participation of teams for people with disabilities.

One of the highlights of this youth season is the spring and summer tournaments starting now. Under the aegis of the Spanish Football Federation, the tournament offers a regulated and competitive environment where teams can compete to the highest standards.

The event sees the participation of international teams from all over the world, offering young players the opportunity to compete with different footballing realities. In particular, three Spanish teams and one from Lombardy will test the skills of our young talents, offering them a unique and enriching experience.

Participation is organized by Daniele Martini’s Sporturismo, an organization specializing in holiday tournaments that offers participating teams a balanced mix of matches and free time. The matches take place in the morning, leaving ample space in the afternoon for recreational activities. The teams stay in high-end hotels and are accompanied by qualified staff in all aspects of their stay and experience.

Umberto Decesari, head of the youth sector, underlines: “The importance of giving young players experience is fundamental for our club. My goal is to bring out the youth sector and accompany them on their journey up to the first team. Investing in young people is not only a strategic choice, but also a commitment to the future of our club and our community, an aspect that is very close to our hearts.”
