Iranian nuclear power: negotiations on the verge of failure, but no one is ready to admit it

A new agreement on Iranian nuclear power has now become highly unlikely, but at the same time there is no real willingness to publicly acknowledge it, several diplomats involved in the negotiations confided to Reuters agency.
