But if you consume them often, you need to know a few things. The composition of the soup from the bag is not very good for our health, because they contain a lot of salt and white flour noodles,
This means that the proportion of carbohydrates has increased, and trans fats, i.e. hydrogenated vegetable fats and flavor enhancers, are a special problem.
A high concentration of trans fat, sugar and salt can damage cells and increase the risk of inflammatory processes in the body.
If you eat soups from a bag two to three times a week, that’s not good. Avoid frequent consumption of these soups.
