IVECO has delivered seven S-Way CNG to Mantova Ambiente, which enriches its fleet with seven new low environmental impact rear-loading compactors. The delivery ceremony took place in the setting of Palazzo Te in Mantua, in the presence of Oreste Debiasi, Vehicle Fleet Manager of Mantova Ambiente and Diego Moreschi, Medium and Heavy Range Sales Manager of the IVECO Officine Brennero dealership.
The IVECO S-Ways, in the AD 190S34/P and AD260 S34/P models, will be used for the separate collection of waste and are powered by CNG methane, compatible with biomethane. Furthermore, the compaction equipment has a container volume varying from 18 to 25 m3 and the configuration of the vehicles has been designed to best carry out the activity and, in addition to the innovative ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) advanced driving systems safe present as standard on IVECO trucks, of particular interest are the specific solutions adopted such as, for example, the Allison automatic transmission with integrated hydraulic retarder, and the vertical fume exhaust.
