He also confesses that just because he uses dark humor doesn’t mean he doesn’t have feelings. Taking all the pain and trauma that his fans transmit to him after the shows is too much for Rui:
“Just because their parents died in a car accident, that doesn’t give them the right to traumatize poor Ruiwho even cries in Edinburgh because of the lights at the shows, with these heavy stories. He is sensitive. I can’t take so much pain. Even if it is pain felt by other people. He’s empathetic, you know? He just wants good energy around him.
