In the case surrounding the im Incest case in Amstetten sentenced to life and sent to an institution for mentally abnormal criminals – now a forensic-therapeutic center Josef F. is the collection additional medical documents necessary.
The Higher Regional Court (OLG) Vienna Ferdinand Schuster, spokesman for the Krems regional court, announced that the conditional release from the meditative system to the normal prison system had been pronounced in Krems.
According to Schuster, who thereby confirmed a report from ORF Lower Austria, the order was issued as part of a supplement to the procedure that this recent psychiatric reports the expert Adelheid Kastner updated must be.
