Kristine Stavå’s Skistad was completely superior in the final in a duel against Linn Svahn and Jonna Sundling on the run.
She celebrated her victory by booing the Swedish crowd as she crossed the finish line.
– She keeps quiet about the Swedes, writes Aftonbladet.
– I’m not surprised. She likes to do things like that, according to Sweden’s Emma Ribom The Express.
– What do you think about that?
– It is okay.
Good news
Skistad has played havoc with the Swedes lately, winning as recently as in Drammen on Tuesday.
– It was amazing. The plan was to win here. It was fun, it’s best to win here, sprint specialist Skistad grinned in an interview with FIS right after the race.
The weather in Falun was not good. It was raining and Niklas Dyrhaug was worried before the finals.
– I have never experienced conditions like this in Falun. It will be really hard work, says Niklas Dyrhaug at Viaplay.
Skistad was the only Norwegian woman in the final. The others reached the quarter- and semi-finals.
