Sport: Only 0.1 point separates Germany’s Katharina Schmid in the lead. Slovenian Ema Klinec follows 0.8 points behind Kvandal in 3rd place.

Silje Opseth is the second best Norwegian in 9th place after a first round jump of 118 metres. Heidi Dyhre Tråserud (14th place), Thea Minyan Bjørseth (21st) and Ingvild Synnøve Midtskogen (22nd) are also ready for the final round.

Earlier Sunday, Kvandal was also the best in qualifying, 0.1 points ahead of Schmid. The German girl did indeed jump six meters further, but from four ledges at a higher speed. It is normal procedure for the Norwegian team management to request a lower speed for Kvandal.

Kjersti Græsli, on the other hand, came out of the qualification after being number 42 with a soar of 103 metres.

Before Sunday’s show jumping, Kvandal led the overall competition with 9.5 points down to Schmid in 2nd place.

Raw Air continues with two new races in Granåsen on 12 and 13 March, before ending with two ski flying races in Vikersund on 16 and 17.
