Meanwhile, Girona is falling further behind Madrid after falling 0-1 at Getafe headquarters.
Getafe was able to score a goal in the 33rd minute. Yellu Santiago broke through Girona’s goal after maximizing Ilaix Moriba’s pass.
Girona tried to catch up in the remaining time, but failed to score an equalizer until the final whistle sounded.
Barcelona itself will compete tomorrow against Atletico Madrid at Civitas Metropolitano at 03.00 WIB.
