ANKARA – There is a plan to unblock Ukrainian wheat, which the United Nations is working on and which Turkey considers “reasonable”, but there is still no political agreement because today detail, every “technicality” can ignite a new front in the already excruciating Russian-Ukrainian conflict. New negotiations will be needed, and some concessions because if Kiev asks for weapons capable of defending its coasts, Moscow wants to bring home a reduction in sanctions from the wheat deal.
