Standings Liga 1 experienced changes as the three matches finished on Monday (26/2) and involved various clubs Borneo FCMadura United, as well Persija Jakarta.
Week 26 of Liga 1 opened with the Arema FC vs Persija match. Having taken the lead thanks to Marko Simic’s goal, the Kemayoran Tigers had to go home empty-handed because they lost 2-3 to Singo Edan.
Meanwhile, Borneo FC solidified their position at the top of the standings with a big 4-0 win over bottom occupiers Bhayangkara FC.

Madura United showed their readiness to compete for the championship series thanks to their ability to turn things around when facing Persikabo. Having been left behind 0-2, the Sapeh Kerab troops turned around to win 3-2.
Borneo is now getting further away from its rivals. Three points from Batakan Stadium made Pesut Etam collect 60 points. Stefano Lilipaly and friends are 17 points ahead of second place PSIS Semarang.
Meanwhile, under PSIS there are three teams with a collection of 42 points, namely Bali United, Persib Bandung and Madura United.
Persija failed to approach the top four zone after losing to Arema. Thomas Doll’s men are still in 12th place, below Persik Kediri, Barito Putera, PSM Makassar, RANS, Dewa United and Persis Solo.
Meanwhile for Arema, the victory over Persija kept them temporarily out of the relegation zone. Arema is ahead on goal difference over Persita Tangerang who both collected 27 points.
Persikabo and Bhayangkara are still unable to add points and are in the red zone, ranking 17th and 18th respectively.
