Lima Duarte’s daughter dies, aged 49

Lima, 93 years old, used Instagram this Saturday using a photo with her daughter and lamenting what happened. “When everyone I know is gone, what will be left? Empty. Silence. Yes, the rest is silence.”, wrote the artist, quoting Hamlet, by William Shakespeare.

The actor was married four times and became the father of four children, Monica, Julia, Pedro and actress Débora Duarte, whom he assumed as his daughter. She is the result of a previous relationship with Lima’s ex-wife, Marisa Sanchez. Daughter Julia lived with her son and a nurse in the Pompeia neighborhood, West Zone of the capital of São Paulo.
