LSK is looking for a head coach for J17 Regional and J15 / Lillestrøm
Lillestrøm Sports Club is looking for you who are passionate about girls’ football and who want to help lift our girls further. LSK has a growing girls’ initiative, we have many teams and players with great potential. With our senior women’s team in the 2nd division, we want to develop players from our own club and therefore also have dedicated coaches for these age groups.
We have a large coaching environment in the club, which you will become a part of and great opportunities for further development.
Tasks:
- Guide teams and players before, during and after training and matches, including planning, execution and evaluation.
- Responsibility for implementing the club’s methodology and training principles.
- Participate in coaching meetings and other gatherings under the auspices of the club.
- Experience as a coach, preferably with a UEFA B license or equivalent.
- Excellent social competence and understanding and commitment to interpersonal relationships.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Flexible working time arrangements by agreement.
- Workplace at Åråsen, Lillestrøm Stadium.
Working time:
As a trainer in LSK, work in the evenings, at weekends and during holidays must be calculated. The position will be a commitment by agreement.
