— We are asking her to hand over his cell phone and access to social media. Because we don’t have any contact with her. She just doesn’t want to talk to us. Since she made it very clear to anyone who wants to know that she is taking care of her career, it is only fair that the family takes care of him in this final stretch of “BBB”. That’s all,” she explains.

Camila said she felt betrayed after Lucas flirted with Giovanna Pitel at home and announced the end of the relationship. Since then, she has gained more than three million followers and has been rooting for her ex. The history teacher was notified extrajudicially by the family for not defending Lucas’ interests, as she is his legal representative during confinement.

In an interview this week with Quem magazine, Adélia Soares, Camila’s lawyer, declared: “Lucas’ networks are already in the hands of the family, who even hired a company, the Mynd agency, to take care of his profile.” Buddha’s sister counters:

— She’s been lying from the beginning, because we didn’t even know about this agency. If there is an agency in the mix, someone signed that contract, right? And now she has to prove who signed her. The only family Lucas has is me and my sister. My father and mother are deceased. And I guarantee that our name is not there. As she was his attorney, she had access to everything. Lucas’s sister also explains how the controversy affected her family:

A tragedy almost doesn’t happen to my sister because of all this.

When contacted, Adélia Soares explained why Camila has not yet returned her cell phone, contrary to what she had stated in the interview with Quem:

— Lucas’s family is making some requests, regarding social networks and cell phones, but Camila does not have any authorization to make this transfer to them, because she has this power of attorney from Lucas. From the moment these powers are removed, or Lucas himself leaves the house, then he can. Today, if she makes any concession of something that belongs to Lucas, she may face civil and criminal liability for it. Whether it’s the cell phone or the social network, or whatever, she can’t just arrive and give it to anyone without his consent, whoever it may be.

Regarding the contract with the Mynd agency, she clarifies:

— I said family, but I meant the friend. In fact, he has a friend of his, who is part of the social media management group.
