LVMH is once again on tour to promote its qualified professions, or professions of excellence. These activities are at the heart of the luxury group’s business, in areas such as production, crafts and sales. After a first session held in Paris on January 31, the third edition of the ‘You & ME’ recruitment tour will take LVMH to other cities in France and Italy. This annual initiative aims to encourage secondary school, university and vocational training students, as well as those in professional retraining, to consider the group’s qualified professions.

LVMH’s ‘You & ME’ recruitment tour kicked off on January 31st at the Carreau du Temple in Paris – LVMH

The tour highlights 280 different professions practiced at the French luxury group. In 2023, it attracted 7,000 visitors between France and Italy and allowed LVMH to fill more than 3,500 vacancies in various departments, from design to crafts and customer service, in both countries.

This year, the tour offers 3,500 job opportunities within the group’s brands in France (1,000 with work-study and internship options, and 2,500 with fixed-term and indefinite contracts). In Italy, where LVMH’s specialized professions employ around 7,000 people (out of 100,000 employees worldwide), the group will offer 2,500 jobs by 2025.

The first session of the 2024 tour was held at the Carreau du Temple, in Paris, with former NBA star Tony Parker as ambassador, receiving 3,000 visitors. The next sessions in France are scheduled for Orléans, on February 15th, Clichy-sous-Bois, on February 29th, Reims, on March 13th, and Lyon, on March 27th. The tour will then head to Italy, with sessions in Florence, on April 5th and 6th, Padua, on April 24th, and a final date in Naples, on May 7th, replacing last year’s session in Novara.
