Owners of several luxury properties, Glória Pires and Orlando Morais owe a fortune in IPTU. According to columnist Daniel Nascimento, from O Dia, the couple is even being sued for the debts of the property located in Goiânia, capital of Goiás.
According to the data present in the three lawsuits filed against Glória Pires and Orlando Morais at the Court of Justice of Goiás, the value of the debt already exceeds R$146 thousand.
The first lawsuit was filed in March last year due to the debt in the amount of R$42,840.46. The others are also from May 2023, of R$90,872.75 and R$12,306.38.
Located in T3, in Setor Bueno, the residence was acquired by global and her husband, singer Orlando Morais, around 18 years ago, in 2005.
To give you an idea, the space has 5 thousand m² of land and was designed by architect Eduardo Simões, in the late 1970s.
