With these new features, which are added to the rest of the previously announced lineup, it could be said that this is the most feminine lineup presented by the festival in its twelve editions. Maria Jaume, Marlena, Clara Peya, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Mushka or Julieta represent a large part of the line up which has been made known in a couple of installments. Along with them we can also see previously announced artists such as Arde Bogotá, The Tyets, Cala Vento, Triquell, La Ludwig Band o Les Que Fantabandamong other names.

There will be a total of eighteen performances that will take place in six municipalities of l’Empordà, specifically in l’Escala, Gualta, Corçà, la Pera, l’Estartit and Calella de Palafrugell, between the dates of March 30 and July 7. Apart from the musical performances, there will also be a light and technological art show Geometrics x200a “luminous and three-dimensional allegory choreographed by two hundred drones to the rhythm of music and sound effects, forming figures hundreds of meters high and visible from a kilometer away, by Flock Drone Art“. There will also be a large-format dynamic sculpture, Trojan Horsecreated by the collective The Can and conceived as a scenic space in which things will happen during the festival.

Regarding what we said about “more feminine”, it is worth noting that practically two thirds of the proposals on the poster are led by women. Tickets for all paid concerts are now available, as well as season tickets for ÍTACA SANT JOAN. You can get it at www.itacacultura.cat.
