After the teaser on Tuesday (26), the Marvel Games revealed Marvel Rivals, its new multiplayer game for PC. The game, which will be free, seems to draw from the source of Overwatch and other games in the PVP genre, bringing 6v6 combat in an extensive arena.

In the first trailer, you can see very familiar names like Loki, Iron Man, Hulk and Rocket Racoon acting — Hulk even has a move that makes a very familiar reference to MCU fans. Apparently, the big villain will be Galacta, daughter of Galactus.
With no release date yet, Rivals will give its first taste in May, with a closed alpha test. Test registrations can be made in this link.
In an interview released by Marvel itself, the head of Marvel Games Jay Ong called the project “one of the company’s most ambitious”:
“From defining the concept and throughout our collaboration, our Marvel team has poured their heart and soul into this project, and we are so excited to work with the incredible team at NetEase Games to help deliver the ultimate super PVP team shooter. -heroes” said Ong.

This is Marvel’s second major announcement in recent weeks. The company also revealed Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydraa game that will have Captain America and Black Panther as protagonists.
