Microsoft victim of cyberattack by a group linked to Russia – Economy

Microsoft was the victim of a cyberattack by hackers linked to Russia, who managed to break into a limited number of email accounts.
The attack was carried out by Midnight Blizzard, a group known for attacking states, diplomatic entities, non-governmental organizations and IT service providers in the United States and Europe. The attack was detected on January 12 but reportedly began in November.
