Millonarios is one of the eight clubs that will play the home runs of the Betplay 2024-I League. The Albiazul team beat Boyacá Chicó 3-0 on the last date of the tournament. The goals of the game were from Leonardo Castro, Santiago Giordana and Daniel Giraldo.
In the first half, Millonarios had its first approach around ten minutes into the game with Daniel Ruiz who, after a collective action between Emerson Rodríguez and Leonardo Castro, was left with the ball and took a shot that barely went over one side of the goal guarded by Rogerio. Caicedo.

Ten minutes later, Chicó again made a mistake at the start and Rodríguez, Beckham Castro and Ruiz teamed up there and the latter finished the play with a barely deflected shot. In the 68th minute, Millonarios had another chance with Beckham who received inside the area and there he took a left foot shot that barely passed one side of the rival goal.
In the 73rd minute, Rivaldo would have a clear chance to increase the game’s score with a right foot that hit the crossbar of the checkered goal.
After several minutes without chances, Millonarios increased the score with Santiago Giordana who found the ball in the area and took a right foot to make the final 2-0 in Bogotá. In the addition, Daniel Giraldo placed the third in the account in a center from the left by Hernández that the midfielder headed in a great way.
With this victory, Millonarios reached 31 points in the table and will now have to know their rivals in the draw that will be held at the end of the day.
