If you are a fan of Italian cuisine, this recipe for mini pizzas will come in handy. They are made from the softest homemade dough, and you choose the fillings yourself as you wish. They are also great when you have guests over, because they are practical and generous.

Ingredients:

200 ml of warm milk
120 ml of warm water
100 ml of oil
2 teaspoons of sugar
10 g of instant yeast
3 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon of salt

For the sauce:

tomato sauce
thyme

For the filling:

ham
sausage
green pepper
cheese
OLIVE

Preparation:

For the dough, put 200 ml of warm milk, 120 ml of warm water, 100 ml of oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 10 g of instant yeast in a large bowl. Mix with a blender. Add half of the flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, knead until a dough begins to form. Continue to knead, adding the rest of the flour. Continue kneading until you get a smooth, soft dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and then a kitchen towel and leave in a warm place to double in size, about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare toppings and fillings as desired. then spread the dough on the work surface. Roll it out into a circular shape. Cut out mini pizza shapes with a glass. Place the mini pizzas in a tray lined with baking paper. Pour the tomato sauce with a spoon and spread evenly on the base. Sprinkle with chopped cheese and put the desired toppings on the pizzas. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
