On the 11th, at the Miyazaki International Music Festival held in Miyazaki Prefecture, a collaboration between young musicians and world-renowned violinists was held.

This year marks the 29th Miyazaki International Music Festival, which is being held at six venues in the prefecture, and on the 11th, a performance was held in Miyakonojo City with the theme of Toshihide and the Great Masters.

In the first half, Seiya Kamei (22), a young pianist from Aichi Prefecture, performed with violinist Futsuo Tokunaga, who serves as the music director of the music festival.

Brahms’ “Piano Quintet” was performed, and the venue was filled with the well-paced and powerful piano melody and the deep tones of the violin.
