Inspired by the book “The Psychology of Colors”, by Eva Heller, the Qualyvinil Tintas team chose green windmills as the company’s color of 2024. Heller describes green as the most calming color, the color of feeling safe. Moinhos de Vento was selected as a haven of calm and security after years of uncertainty and turmoil, representing the need to find tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the modern world.

The Color of the Year development process was carefully considered, taking into account not only color trends, but also the Qualyvinil brand identity and the current global scenario. The choice of the color green reflects hope in a post-pandemic world and the need to find stability and calm in our lives.
The Moinhos de Vento color is launched together with three new complementary color palettes: Nostalgia, Aconchego and Ânimo, each with five colors that harmonize with each other. These palettes offer a wide range of options for design and decoration professionals, allowing the creation of spaces that convey different sensations and emotions.

Sustainability played a key role in creating the Color of the Year, reflecting Qualyvinil Tintas’ commitment to the environment. Just as windmills produce clean, reusable energy, Qualyvinil is constantly looking for ways to make its products more sustainable, including using recycled buckets for paints and add-ons.
