Musk clears the Twitter board, now he is the sole administrator

Elon Musk clears the Twitter board, kicking out all nine members. It was reported on Wall Street Journal citing a communication to the SEC, in which Musk is the sole director of the company. In the note, Musk explains that being the sole director was part of the Twitter purchase agreement.
