NATO again rejects no-fly zone in Ukraine Zelensky: Who else can you defend?

CCTV News Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video speech on March 4, local time, that the special NATO foreign ministers meeting held that day once again rejected the establishment of a no-fly zone in Ukraine. Zelensky pointed out that NATO countries believe that the establishment of a no-fly zone in Ukraine will provoke a direct conflict with Russia.
He said that what NATO is currently doing for Ukraine is to provide Ukraine with 50 tons of diesel through its own procurement system. “The fuel should be enough for us to burn the Budapest memorandum. For us, the memorandum is ashes. I don’t know who you[NATO]can defend and whether you have the ability to defend NATO member states.”
The United States, Britain, Russia and Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum in December 1994, which stipulated that Ukraine would eliminate nuclear weapons and the remaining three countries would provide Ukraine with security guarantees.
