The latest movie in the “Kingdom” series, the movie “Kingdom: The Return of the Great General.” The new cast for this work has been announced, along with the latest footage and new visuals.
This latest work depicts the climax of the “Battle of Mayang”, an all-out war for the survival of the country against neighboring Zhao, which continues from the previous work “Flame of Fate”. The cast includes Kento Yamazaki as Nobu, the main character who aspires to become a great general of the world, Ryo Yoshizawa as Yuzheng, the young king of Qin who challenges the unification of China, Kanna Hashimoto as He Ryodiao, who works hard as an apprentice tactician, and Hishintai. The gorgeous members who are indispensable to the “Kingdom” series continue, including Nana Seino, who plays the role of Qiang, who fights with Shin as the vice-commander of the Kingdom, and Takaori Osawa, who plays the role of Ouki, a great general who returns to the battlefield as the commander-in-chief of the Qin Kingdom, and Shinsuke Sato. He will continue to serve as director.
The cast of the enemy country, Zhao, includes Pang Huan (Koji Yoshikawa), the true commander-in-chief of the Zhao country who calls himself the “God of War,” who fought a fateful battle with Wang Qi in the land of Mayang in the past; In addition to the mysterious strategist Ri Moku (Shun Oguri), who does not appear during the war but watches over the battle with an unparalleled presence, he also takes part in the Qin Kingdom, such as Mangyoku (Yamada Yuki) and Chao Zhuang (Yamamoto Koji). The fierce warriors of the Zhao army who push the enemy to the limit also appear in this work, and a once-in-a-lifetime battle unfolds between the Qin state and the Zhao state for the survival of each other.
Now, it has been announced that Yuko Araki will play the role of Ei, a mysterious military commander deeply involved in the “past relationship” between Wang Ki and Pang Xi.
