Sport Club Corinthians Paulista regrets with regret the death of Júlio Cesar de Toledo, known as Julião, member of the club and marked in history as one of the founders of the organized fan base Gaviões da Fiel, 54 years ago.
Also called “Encyclopedia”, due to his knowledge and memory of the fans’ stories, Julião was the third president of Gaviões, between 1975 and 1977, present in historic moments of Fiel, such as the historic Invasão Corinthiana, in 1976, at Maracanã.
Júlio’s body has been lying in state since 4pm, at the fans’ headquarters, located in the Bom Retiro neighborhood, since 4pm. The address is Rua Cristina Tomás, 183.
Corinthians joins family and friends in this time of mourning.
