OFF!, the group led by the American hardcore icon Keith Morris and by Dimitri Coatshas shared the bill with his latest concert dates due to the departure of the drummer Mario Rubalcaba (Hot Snakes) and the bassist Steven McDonald (Redd Kross). The shows they have confirmed will take place in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.
On the other hand, the dates coincide with the premiere of his film “Free LSD”, directed by the group member, Dimitri Coats. In addition, to make the concerts an even more memorable evening, OFF! have announced that in each city they will have different guest bands: the Canadian hardcore punk group Fucked UpAmerican punk rock group Surfbort and initially, before the death of Steve Albini was announced, they were also going to have Shellac.
The announced dates are for July 17th at Music Box Theater (Chicago) for the premiere of the film with a Q&A, the July 18 at Lincoln Hall (Chicago) with a group to be determined, the July 19 in the Village East (New York) with the premiere of “Free LSD” and with a Q&A, the July 20th at the Poisson Rouge (New York) with Fucked Up, the July 26 at The Belasco (Los Angeles) with Surfbort and the August 2 at the Landmark Nuart Theater (Los Angeles) with the premiere of the film and another Q&A.
