Mission failed and summit canceled at Opec Plus. Negotiations to plan the next increase in oil production have come to a standstill and the coalition, after unsuccessfully seeking a compromise with the United Arab Emirates, has surrendered. To the point of postponing everything to a new meeting, the date of which will be “decided in due time”.
