Pakistan, president dissolves parliament. The motion of no confidence towards the premier is not examined

ISLAMABAD – The president of Pakistan Arif Alvi has decided to dissolve Parliament. The request in this sense was made by the premier Imran Khan.

Khan had asked for the dissolution of Parliament, after the motion of no confidence against him was not examined this morning. Imran Khan accused “foreign powers”, particularly the United States, of inspiring the motion, which the vice president of the Pakistani National Assembly, Qasim Suri, refused to submit to parliament calling it “contrary to the Constitution”.
