Three parallel barbed wire fences, 2.5 meters high and 3 meters wide, and electronic equipment will be installed by the Polish government along the border with the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. The government has announced the construction of the barrier to avoid illegal migratory flows, after the launch of air links between the former German territory and Africa and the Middle East.
