Possible corona vaccination fraud in Markdorf: District court must act

Did a doctor cheat on the corona vaccination in a good 300 cases? After legal back and forth, the Überlingen district court now has to take legal action.

The Überlingen district court has to take legal action against a doctor from Markdorf (Bodenseekreis). The woman is said to have injected patients with ineffective corona vaccinations. However, the district court initially did not want to issue a penalty order because the evidence was too thin. A decision that the Konstanz regional court has now overturned.

The Konstanz public prosecutor’s office filed a complaint with the district court against the decision not to issue a penalty order and was proven right. The district court considers the evidence cited to be sufficient. The Überlingen district court must therefore decide whether to issue the penalty order against the doctor or to hear the case, the Konstanz regional court said when asked by SWR.

A doctor from Markdorf is suspected of having injected ineffective corona vaccinations. The district court rejects a penalty order. The public prosecutor files a complaint.

Suspicion against doctor: Ineffective corona vaccination administered

A patient started the case almost three years ago. She stated: The doctor said she had mixed something homeopathic into the vaccine.

During the subsequent police investigation, more than 400 patients who had been vaccinated against Corona in the doctor’s practice were contacted with a recommendation to have their vaccination status checked. It is suspected that they may have received ineffective vaccinations. Numerous blood samples were then evaluated.

The police ultimately reported the doctor in over 300 cases for grievous bodily harm.
