Ingredients
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
6 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup water (120 ml)
Oil for frying
Powdered milk or cinnamon sugar for sprinkling

Configuration Mode
1. In a bowl, combine flour with sugar, powdered milk, yeast and salt.

2. In one other bowl, beat the eggs, add water and blend nicely.

3. Pour the liquid combination over the dry components and blend till you get a homogeneous, sticky dough.

4. With 2 spoons, transferring from one to the opposite, slowly fry the balls the dimensions of a teaspoon in loads of sizzling oil (medium warmth) till evenly browned (3 to 4 minutes).

5. Let it drain on absorbent paper and brush every cake with powdered milk or cinnamon sugar.
