jpnn.com – BOURNEMOUTH – Manchester City had to struggle to win at home to Bournemouth, Vitality Stadium in Week 26 of the Premier League, Sunday (25/2) early morning WIB.

Man City won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Phil Foden in the 14th minute. After that goal, City struggled to deal with the host’s militant resistance.

“Phil Foden played the best football I’ve ever seen him. “Everyone contributed and I am very happy,” said Man City coach Pep Guardiola as reported by AFP.

“I don’t know how much longer we will survive in all competitions, but we can still compete,” he added.

The victory left City just one point behind leaders Liverpool.

In another match, Arsenal feasted on goals when they hosted Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners won 4-1 and took their points collection to 58, one point below City, two points below Liverpool. (adk/jpnn)
