LONDON – All workers should do at least one hour of meditation a day. It is the advice that the principe Harry launches from California, in a video message addressed to the business world. “Companies should give every employee time to focus on themselves,” says the Duke of Sussex, recalling that he himself suffered moments of depression to get out of which it was necessary to resort to introspective analysis, as he had already made known in the past.
