Putin offers Russian passports in occupied Ukrainian cities

Kharkiv – The Russification process of the areas occupied by the Russian military in Ukraine is accelerating again. As of yesterday in Berdyansk, a port on the coast, pensions will be paid in rubles, with a fixed exchange rate of one to two on the Ukrainian currency. But above all, since yesterday afternoon a decree signed by the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, allows the inhabitants of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions to obtain a Russian passport with a quick procedure, lasting about two months.
