BEIJING – The first launch failed, but Kim is already promising a second one. The North Korean marshal had announced that between 31 May and 11 June Pyongyang would have sent its first spy satellite into orbit: the new rocket for launching the satellite failed this morning, however, ending up in the Yellow Sea, by North Korea’s own admission, however causing confusion and alarms – then returned – both in Seoul and in Tokyo.
