Swisscom and Sunrise, two giants of the Swiss telecommunications sector, confirm themselves as leaders in providing high-quality assistance to their customers, as demonstrated by recent tests conducted by the specialized magazine “connect”.

In particular, Swisscom’s mobile network hotline was awarded the first place in the connect test for the second time in a row, with an even better score than in the past, going from “excellent” to “excellent”. Melanie Schefer BräkerHead of Customer Care B2C at Swisscom, commented enthusiastically on this result, underlining the importance of continuous investments in training, coaching and reliable systems.

Swisscom stood out not only for its excellent reachability, but also for the quality of the advice and the friendliness of the staff, achieving very high scores in both categories and confirming itself as the best hotline for mobile networks in the entire DACH region.

On the other side, Sunrise achieved equally brilliant results in the test conducted by “connect” on mobile phone helplines. Sunrise placed in the Top 3 out of 20 support services tested in the DACH region, achieving outstanding ratings in all categories. Christoph Richartz, Chief Consumer Officer Main Brand at Sunrise, highlighted the team’s ongoing commitment to offering excellent customer service.

The connect tests involved repeated calls to the helplines of both operators, evaluating different categories such as reachability, waiting times, friendliness and quality of statements. Both operators have distinguished themselves for their excellence in all these areas, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to improving the customer experience.

In conclusion, both Swisscom and Sunrise confirm their commitment to guaranteeing the best possible assistance to their customers on all fronts, confirming themselves as leaders in the telecommunications sector in Switzerland and in the DACH region.
