Given what was declared by the representatives of the Codes Association, Rabona informs consumers that, “almost a year ago, precisely on 20 June 2023, in a spirit of loyal collaboration, it hosted the representative of the Association, Mr. Francesco Rossolini, at its headquarters in Rome, so that he could examine and, if necessary, extract a copy of the documentation deemed useful to protect its associates.
Over the last year, which has been far from easy, Rabona has worked hard to resolve difficulties and inconveniences and, always maintaining a low profile, has shown that he knows how to keep his commitments.

Having made this clear, Rabona invites consumers who are not yet satisfied to contact its offices directly to resolve any issues and the Codes Association, in the person of the president and the trusted lawyer, to refrain from repeating illicit behaviour, highlighting to them that, from now on onwards, the publication and dissemination of untruthful and, as such, defamatory news and information will no longer be tolerated.”
