After showing off the results of her rhinoplasty, Rafaella Justus has shared more details about her aesthetic procedures. In a story this Tuesday (19), the 14-year-old teenager revealed that she had had another operation before modifying her nose.
In the recent post, the daughter of Ticiane Pinheiro and Roberto Justus said she had undergone orthognathic surgery to correct bone formations in the chin, jaw and jaw. According to information from Grupo Rede D’Or, the operation is indicated in cases of congenital problems, obstructive sleep apnea, facial fractures or temporomandibular disorders, but can also be done for aesthetic purposes.

This is not the first time that Rafa has carried out an operation of this type. In 2012, Roberto Justus told Folha de S. Paulo that his daughter had undergone surgery to correct craniofacial stenosis, a bone malformation of the skull. The rare disease, also known as craniostenosis, is diagnosed shortly after birth.
In February, Rafa said that he had undergone surgery to correct a deviated septum, but took advantage of the procedure to have rhinoplasty.
