Ragunan Wildlife Park informs Ragunan’s opening hours during the Eid 2024 holiday. If the first day of Eid 2024, April 10 2024, Ragunan is a holiday, now the wildlife park is back in operation.

- 11 – 21 April 2024: 07.00 – 16.00 WIB
However, Ragunan has increased its operational hours to 17.00 WIB during April 11 – 21 2024. This addition to Ragunan’s operational hours is situational.
“We will be open until 17.00 WIB, yes, this means that there is an increase in operating hours which were previously normal until 16.00 WIB, we will move it back one hour,” said Head of Public Relations of the Ragunan Wildlife Park, Wahyudi Bambang, to journalists in Ragunan, South Jakarta, Thursday (11/4/ 2024).
“However, this will also really depend on the situation, if at 17.00 WIB it still feels very crowded with lots of visitors who want to come, we will postpone it according to the density of visitors. If at 17.00 WIB the cooling down has started a little, we will close at that time. 17.00 WIB,” he continued
Entrance Ticket Prices for Ragunan Eid 2024
Visitors to Ragunan Wildlife Park must have a Jakcard. Later, the balance on the Jakcard card will be deducted for the Ragunan entry ticket. The following is a list of Ragunan ticket prices.

How to Buy Tickets for Ragunan Eid 2024
Ragunan entrance tickets can be purchased online via the application and offline with a Jakcard at the Ragunan Wildlife Park counter. Here are the methods.
– How to buy Ragunan entrance tickets online:
- Download the Ragunan Wildlife Park application, then open the application
- Then, select the “Buy Tickets” menu, then go to the registration page;
- Log in to your account or select “Register” if you don’t have an account;
- Register an account by filling in your personal data, then click “Register”;
- Enter the 6 digit OTP code sent via SMS, then click “Send”;
- The main menu appears, select “Buy Tickets” to buy tickets to enter Ragunan;
- Select the visit date, number of entrance tickets and vehicle tickets, then click “Continue”;
- Confirm the order details, then check the “terms and conditions” column;
- Select a payment method (JakOne Mobile/JakOne Pay/QRIS/Virtual Account), then click “Continue”;
- Make ticket payments according to the payment method you have chosen;
- Select “My Tickets Tab”, click the visitor QR for the visitor entrance ticket and/or click the vehicle QR for the vehicle entrance ticket;
- Show the QR code to the entrance staff when visiting.
– How to buy Ragunan entrance tickets offline:
- Make sure visitors have a Jakcard card or can buy it in advance, as well as top up their Jakcard balance at the counter available at Ragunan Wildlife Park;
- One Jakcard card can be used for groups (make sure the balance is sufficient), and the balance cannot be refunded;
– Price IDR 45,000 gets a balance of IDR 20,000;
– Price IDR 75,000 gets a balance of IDR 50,000.
