In the autobiography “Rebel rising”, Rebel Wilson (44) offers personal stories.
One of the things she chooses to share in the book is that she was 35 when she had sex for the first time.

In the book, the “Pitch Perfect” star writes that, unlike many others, she was well past her teenage years when she went to bed with someone else for the first time.
“Everyone doesn’t have to lose their innocence as a teenager. You can wait until you feel ready and are a little more mature. I think it can be a positive message. Of course you don’t have to wait until you’re 30 like I did, but you don’t have to feel pressured when you’re young,” writes Wilson in his autobiography, according to Swedish The Express.

The 44-year-old admits that she didn’t like talking about sex, as she found it embarrassing.
“Usually I used to leave the room when the conversation was about that. People said: “It only happened when I was 24, I was late”. I sat there and thought ‘oh my god, for me it was 35, I’m going to look like the world‘s biggest loser'”.

In the book, Wilson describes himself as a “late bloomer”.
“If I had been born 20 years later, I would probably have explored my sexuality more.”

Today, the star is engaged to designer Ramona Agruma, and became a mother for the first time in 2022 via surrogacy. Wilson herself shared the baby news on Instagram.
“I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she is a beautiful miracle!” she wrote, sharing that her daughter had been named Royce Lillian.

“Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s a wonderful gift. The BEST gift!!”.
